I ordered three pair eye glasses. The packing slip says three pair however; there were only two pair glasses in the box. One pair glasses was not even what I ordered. It was the brand. I immediately contacted company via email. They must only answer emails once per day. Their response was they shipped the correct pair. The confirmation order email shows what I ordered and what I received looks nothing like it.

Ok first pair Versace came , can’t say if fake or not, was happy until not even a year later were scratches everywhere on my lenses. Just use cloth for glasses, no misuse. Plus I paid for all the extra upgrades and coats. So I email the company after seeing on their website “1 year lenses warranty on prescription polycarbonate only not for sunglasses or plastic , and says exclusion scratches, not for misuse. I clearly read that as scratches from abuse not covered, not general any scratches . You can see it clearly stated that on the website. Rude response from their customer service saying does not cover scratches period! I said but they aren’t the free plastic or sunglasses as described in your warranty add.nor from misuse/abuse. They Didn’t care just kept getting response not covered. I asked what a price would be then and even told them I referred their business To others and even did business again and ordered a second pair in case they needed to be shipped for fixing. Again they did not care, I tried calling no answer left message still waiting. They stopped replying to my emailS even after I asked how much then to fix? Still no resolution, they clearly have a false advertisement in the warranty details. There is no warranty on lenses then, because what else would warranty lenses cover? Read what it says yourself very misleading. Dr offices and other labs guarantee lense scratches if a lot and you buy the coating, my mother just had hers fixed within a year from scratches that is why you pay for scratch coat. Anyway my recommendation is if you want the frames get them, but do not pay for Rx here, go to a lab with a guarantee and good customer service that appreciates your business!

So this website does have an actual warehouse where they keep their sunglasses. But most of the sunglasses they sell are not in stock. They advertise them on the website but if you look at the shipping time it will say it takes two weeks for them to ship. Dropshipping is what theyre doing.. I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses on August 9. The website said they would be shipped on August 16th. That seemed fishy to me why not ship them now I paid for them. Turns out the frames I ordered were not in stock and had to be special ordered from the manufacturer. So they say. So August 16th was the expected.shipping date they told me. Well August 16 came and went and they still haven't sent out my shades. I did a little investigation and had someone go to their store address and yes it's a shop they have sunglasses on display. But they scam people by dropshipping. Basically you order a pair of sunglasses, they aren't in stock, and a month later they send you your money back. I don't want a refund I want the shades I ordered. And I'm going to make sure people know what this company is doing .
