I ordered a sunglasses, but didn’t know it was gonna take 5 business days to be shipped, I needed for certain date and cannot get in touch with anyone to try to expedite it. I am going on vacation. Bad business not informing the right shipping date beforehand, I even paid to be shipped faster

SCAM ALERT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY – Extremely Unprofessional Experience I placed an order for glasses in November and was told my order would ship between December 11–12 and arrive by December 18. Unfortunately, my order status has remained “processing” since the day it was placed. I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, despite the payment being taken from my account immediately. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response whatsoever. However, they continue to send promotional emails, which makes the lack of customer support even more concerning. I also attempted to call the phone number listed, but it only plays an automated message stating they do not have employees available. At this point, I have received no product, no communication, and no resolution. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend others proceed with caution and consider ordering elsewhere.

I submitted a prescription and new glasses purchase. The order came with wrong address and other errors. The support team is non-existent. Emails never answered. 1 877-343-3554 has no contact just a message to email them. I will cancel my request and find someone local.

I ordered some glasses with prescription lenses and about a year out they cracked by the eye part of my glasses. My frames had never been dropped or misused or handled. I wrote to them and sent pictures of what occurred and had purchased an extended two year warranty. They said that wasn’t covered but would repair as a courtesy. I sent my glasses to DFO Warranty Review 4331 Lacey Blvd SE Ste A Lacey WA 98503 per their instructions. I sent it via USPS with a tracking number. A month went by with no response I emailed them and they asked for my tracking number. I informed them I checked the tracking and confirmed delivery (I went straight to the post office) I showed the post office the company response and they informed me the tracking nuisance for my records I should not share it with the company at all just inform them that you have confirmation. I mailed my glasses in September and it’s now December and I have not received my glasses either repaired or in the broken fashion that they were shipped. I do not recommend doing any business with this company at all.

Wrong frames sent. So far not easily rectified, but working on my refund/return. Hopeful.

Cannot get a hold of anybody to modify existing order. Tried the chat feature and email several times. Phone number directs you to send email. No response at this time. This is concerning due to the website stating requests or cancellations need to be done within 24 hours.

I ordered glasses over two weeks ago and just received a message that they don’t have the frames. I had several coupon codes for other online eyeglass companies, but this company had Tyvek. Now my other coupons have expired. I have a great idea. They shouldn’t sell glass frames that they don’t have. I even looked on the website today and they are still selling the frames that they say they don’t have. They allow me to order them and put them in my prescription.
