First I want to give praise for the amazing customer service! I received a personal call and they answered all of my questions and concerns. I received my new lenses that we placed in my existing frames. The lenses literally cost me a third of what every other online site and store quoted me. They even payed for shipping! They are first quality! I will never return to retail again. Designer Frames is my first and last stop. Thank you!

A recent retinal detachment forced me to get new lenses and my old frames were worn out. I would estimate that, between the 3 frames I ordered, I saved $300-400 by purchasing through Designer Frames. Shipping time was a reasonable 1-2 weeks. Frames arrived exactly as ordered.

I ordered these Versace VE4476U frames with my prescription lenses on 6/27. The wait felt like it took forever, delivered on 7/21, but the Frames and box condition was immaculate. In this case, good things did come to I who waited. Very happy with the Frames, Lenses, Packaging, and Box!
