It took a whole month to receive my glasses. I’m happy with them, it just took way longer than I anticipated. I just ordered another pair hoping those won’t take as long to receive

my designer frame "Versace" can without a designer case. Would have been nice to get the right case as the glasses cost about $250 dollars.

I was very satisfied with Designer Frames until it came time to return my order. I had to wait several days for the return option to appear on your return page and then the process was quite confusing. Customer service was helpful so we got the job done.Hoping to receive my refund soon. Dana

It was a great price but I do notice that the lenses weren't properly seated in the frames. But it'll do fine.

The site was a little confusing, and I ended up ordering something I didn't want. Also, it was very slow. Very slow.

I love the frames I ordered! Although, I don't think they fit my head at all. I'm not sure that the vision/lenses are correct. I may send them back...but trying to give it time for me to adjust to them.
