Size of glasses are to small, but it's the size I always purchase.

The prescription is right. They fit nicely, but one of the legs had a scratch (indent). Very disappointing. I cannot send them back either because I need them to see. I think that send frames that are damaged is a terrible inconvenience.

My frames were good, but lenses were incorrect. I ordered single vision lenses and they came with progressive lenses. I had to then repackage and run to the post office to send them back. I do not yet know when I will get them back.

I had no idea the re Order wouldn’t have the glass in them, nowhere did it specify that.

Waited for weeks and finally got my glasses only to put them on and see the wrong prescription. Seriously disappointed with the entire process. I'm not even going to return them because I'll only get 50% of money back and it's going to take me weeks or months to get it fixed. So so so let down. Just not a good experience.

My frames fit but was the wrong color

Customer service is terrible. No matter how many times I've reached out I do not get a response back. Absolutely poor customer service. The process is slow too. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and my glasses were received just two days ago. The quality of glasses is good, but forget ever hearing from them if you have questions. Can't reach them over the phone either. I wish I would have gone with my local eye doctor.
