Sat on my order for over a week. Changed my order (From black (only color avail in that frame style) to gun metal) which I was thrilled to get - prefer gun metal. Then sent the black frame. Frame was brand new and still in the case and protective pouch.

Never told me the item was out of stock or not able to get my sunglasses order from the warehouse. I cancelled my order because when I reached out to inquire about where my order was because there was no communication or status updates from anyone, that’s when I was told they wouldn’t be getting any more stock in or something that had to do with that particular pair of sunglasses I never received. So I cancelled my order and received a credit.

I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren sunglasses without a prescription that were advertised as "in stock" with a shipping time of "3 to 5 business days." After two weeks and three phone calls to customer service, I was informed that the sunglasses were actually back-ordered despite charging my card immediately. I was able to get a refund, but I would not recommend this establishment, which does not accurately advertise availability of goods.

My lenses came in brown not grey and although the problem was rectified before I received my glasses, the stress of not being able to get anyone to answer my calls at the customer service center was extreme. I was leaving for vacation, the first time in nine years, and I really needed to know that my glasses would be received in time. My glasses came in the knick of time but, due to the delay, I was not able to get them adjusted before my trip. I'm wearing my old glasses until I get home and get the new glasses adjusted.

1) Lenses are not antireflective, which looks terrible. 2) Despite the "virtual try-on" you cannot tell if the size of the frame is right for your face. 3) A better bet is to get the frame you think you want, and get the lenses at Costco. Cheaper and more helpful.

The additional features I added on my lens (transitions) are not showing up.

The lenses don’t seem to be right for some reason.

The frames were 2mm too small for the lenses, even though the make Geogio Armani and the number AR7005, was correct. Martin Haylock.
