I returned an order in December/2020, and two months later I still haven't received my refund, and customer service will not respond to my inquiries.

DFO is a scam, no legitimate customer service, phone number or trackable information on orders. BBB lists a phone number that is just a recording to leave message, no response or calls back to messages. Only way to 'contact' is through emails that appear to be 2-4 days in responding. An order placed 1/12/21 has been in production 22 days and no response to emails for current status. Filed fraud claim with bank, they have not had any response either.

Never received glasses I PAID for. Emailed them for months -no response. TOTAL SCAM BUSINESS.

The 4.6 stars you see under their website name - it's a made up rating. Stay away form this seller as: 1. they have no customer service to talk to 2. all the communication is via email 3. Very hard to get money back - refund they promised to issue in 7 biz days is taking over a month now. 4. They sell a very good replica but you will not notice until you put it next to a real pair. 5. Very bad communication Look at BBB reviews for the business to see the true colors.

This company are crooks dont get back too u and dont want to give refunds do not buy anything from them u be sorry

I ordered frames from them a month ago and it took me to contact them for them to say we have not gotten your frames in the warehouse yet. So I asked them can they provide a discount due to the inconvenience and at first she said yes then sent another email stating we can only give you 10%. I said you guys are offering that just buying frames from you. Long story short don't waste your time. Great deals but not worth the hassel and poor customer service.

The glasses I received were FAKE! I already own several of the same model, so I have no doubt. (And the serial number is missing, as well as other issues.) They expect me to pay to return them from another country, when I already paid $25 to receive them? Ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is terrible and a scam! I ordered glasses with frames that felt fake (have same pair already of Balenciaga frames), and the lenses when you would look at the lights, would show rows and rows of reflections, so that they were literally unwearable. I contacted the company who said that it was because I had not chosen the AR coating. I have had glasses for 25 years and have never seen anything like it. For a return, they still charge a hefty price. What a scam. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
