These people should not be allowed to have a business. I ordered a pair of RX glasses and an hour later realized I had incorrectly ordered. I called right away and sent an email immediately, then called and emailed at least 10 times. Nobody ever responded or answered phone, yet I got progress reports on order up until they shipped. I have reported to CC company with dispute and they said they would credit my account, but that hasn't happened either. The company has about 200 complaints with the BBB. I think there are more incompetent businesses now that ever before. Beware.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered 2 pair of glasses. After a very long wait, they came in totally wrong. I immediately sent them back and they have had them 3 weeks with no update on when they will be sent. The worse response of any online organization I have ever dealt with. I have ordered online with GlassesUSA several times and I wish to heck I had just stuck with them. They are far better than Designer Frames Outlet. There is no customer service phone number to call, no person to talk to, all via email with over a week delay before I get a reply. SOOOO ANNOYING. NEVER AGAIN! I want my glasses. You took my 500.00 immediately, but can't seem to get me the product. In the mean time I have no glasses. What the heck. Stay away from this overrated company.

THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Do Not order from this company. I ordered a navy frame with no line bifocals and they sent me a brown tortoise shell frame with regular lenses. They have not responded to any of my emails and have not returned my calls. Waste of money!!

I purchased a pair of Giorgio Armani Eyeglasses AR7156 on 8/11 and the checkout was quick and simple. The glasses came about 2 days later. And since then, I have tried to contact them for a refund since they are not the glasses I thought I was ordering. I have emailed them 3 times, at "return at designerframesoutlet.com", "customerservice at designerframesoutlet.com", and on their customer service link on the website. (Trust Pilot doesn't allow you to type in the actual email address in these reviews so I had to literally spell out "at" for the "@" sign in the above email addresses for that company. It's been almost a week and I have not heard back from them at all. It's disappointing to think that all those great reviews were not a reliable source for my decision to make a purchase with this company.

Have a problem with the glasses we ordered. Issue is with the prescription not being correct. Process is to have Eye Doctor provide prescription and Designer Frame makes. Simple unless it is not correct. The company is unresponsive and with no phone support or customer service the whole ordeal is frustrating and i would recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

Called customer service nine times to cancel order no one answers. Now they are refusing to provide a full refund because I could not get a hold of someone within the two hour window of placing the order yet no one answers the phone?? Filing a Better Business Bureau claim to get my money back completely ridiculous they hadn’t even started making the order and they stole over $50 from me!!!

I ordered just a frame, no lenses. 1 month later still didn’t come. Customer service is a joke, don’t respond at all. I was lucky to pay through PayPal- they escalated issue very quickly & I got refund.

Ordered prescription sunglasses. After almost 6 weeks, what arrived were prescription Glasses (not sunglasses). After spending hours trying to get them on the phone or to reply via chat, I finally got ahold of someone via email. They asked me to ship the incorrect order back and they'd switch the lenses out. It's been over 3 weeks at this point, since I sent the order back to them, and not only have I not gotten any replies to my emails asking for updates, but they continue to not answer the phone or chat service on their website. STAY AWAY! They'll get your order wrong and their customer service is the worst in the industry. Try Zenni or somewhere else.
