They take a long time to ship, which is probably ok for most people. My little one is a destroyer of glasses, so we might not reorder from here if we're in a pickle.

First time customer. Process was seamless however it did require knowing the frame measurements that I currently wear. The specifications did not match exactly but I am satisfied with the purchase.

The glasses arrived very well packed in a nice case. I really love the frames and the price was right. The process could have been a bit faster which was the only reason for me giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

I received my glasses in nice packaging although it took a little bit longer than expected. I like the look of my glasses however they sit on my face a tad bit crooked which is unlike any of the other glasses I have ordered.

UPDATE 8/6/2020 I was able to contact support and I had my correct frames shipped out the same day the wrong ones arrived, and I received them Monday (approx. 3 days after I got the wrong ones, very fast in my opinion). I am very happy with how they handled the return and exchange, it was a very quick easy process, and I do believe it was a simple mistake that doesn't happen often, and while it was very disappointing, they did handle it professionally and swiftly, so I have changed my rating to reflect the correct product I received and the level of professionalism I encountered. (thank you Rebecca). --- Ordered my frames Monday morning and paid extra for fast shipping, since my lenses were ready at a shop near me. They arrived today, and I received the wrong frames. The packing slip and my email, along with order details from the website, all show the correct frames that I ordered. However, in the package were a completely different style of frame (and a different color than I had ordered--I ordered red frames, and received black). Very disappointed, as I really needed these new glasses/lenses and I'll be out of town soon, hence why I paid for expedited shipping. Here's to hoping I can return these and get the correct frames and not have to pay a dollar more than I already have due to the mistake on their part. It's not hard to double check and ensure the correct frames are in the box, especially when the packing slip itself has the name of the ones I ordered. If I am able to return these wrong frames and receive the correct ones without anymore issues, I will come back and happily update this review. But for now I'm just disappointed to have waited all week to get my new glasses only to be unable to use them.

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Designer Frames Outlet on 08/2019. The frames were of excellent quality. However, the lenses did not have an anti-reflective coating and I also wanted a smaller frame size so I returned the pair of glasses and I received a refund. The refund was approximately $10 short but that's because they reduced the price of the frame. The processing and shipping did take a couple of weeks. I'm okay with that because I am used to ordering Zennis Eyeglasses and they take even longer than that. I just recently ordered another pair of eyeglasses and from Ordering to Receiving it was exactly 14 Days. I did pay extra for Priority Shipping. I got great quality glasses and lenses. I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase glasses from them again. I do reccomend their services! (It helps to know your eyeglasses measurement to avoid fitting issues.)
