They were the wrong frames. I ordered Penguin "The Murphy", the bag containing the frames was labeled "The Murphy", but the frames inside are called "The Stewart". I am in the process of returning the frames.

I ordered my daughters glasses on Jan 2nd. It’s not Jan 26th and have heard nothing. I have used designer frames before and had good experiences but this is the last time I will be using them.

Horrific! Good luck getting a refund or talking to someone- they only use email and they do not return the emails! Going on week #3 for the frames (only) I ordered! No shipping info, no way to get to talk to a person... just poor service. You better believe they charged my credit card ASAP though! I finally just went to my optometrist and ordered a replacement pair of frames. Low and behold they had my existing lenses in the frame within an hour. Lesson learned, will never use this company again just to save a few bucks! Plus- they want to keep 20.00 of my money to "restock" the frames that still haven't even arrived! NUTS!

Did not send me correct glasses. Not able to speak with a person on the phone due to staffing. Still working on resolution with them. Pending their response.

I ordered glasses completely different that the glasses that I received and I want to know what shall I do to return it.

The company should not be in business i paid over $400 for two pair of glasses with transition and other add on. It took two months just get get one pair and they did NOT add transition that i paid extra for. Im not sure if the prescription is even in the lens because I got a headache from wearing the glasses so I don’t even wear them I started wearing back my old glasses. After two months I’ve emailed them every day asking for my other pair of Versace glasses they never sent. All they kept saying was sorry for the delay. So then I just said give me a refund they stated they will keep the frames that i paid for so they can sell them to someone else. And only gave me 50% back on the lens. This company is a fraud and scaming people out there money. They couldn’t even say that they messed up and that they will just go ahead and give me all my money since they didn’t have any of the products. And was not able to do it correctly. After i let them know they are a poor company They kept sending me emails saying they’re sorry it was a mistake in the lab how many mistakes were there. So i gave them free money. I have to go pay more money for eye doctor to fix the lenses that they probably didn’t even put in prescription since my eye tension headaches started after putting on the glasses.

I have not received my order. It was canceled by you and I have yet to receive my refund!!

It took forever to get my glasses and they give me a terrible headache and I just realized that I will only get a 50% refund.
