The over all shopping experience is good. Great selection, but the sever speed is very slow. As for the processing time, it's a bit lengthy but fair I guess since the frames have to be orders. Once the lens are processed, an email is sent to notifying that the frames are being shipped, but the tracking number is not linked to a delivery provided to allowing management of delivery, especially since a signature is required upon delivery. Anyway, so far I have purchased 4 frames from Designer Frames, and will continue to purchase from them as they have a great selection and great prices.

Product is great. Good lab work. Probably 5 star. However, the delivery process is weak. First, it doesn't even state who is going to deliver, usps, fedex, ups, etc. Just gives you a tracking number. Then you have to search the various sites to see if they have a package to deliver. Crazy. Last delivery took a week to figure it out. Then had to have package redelivered. And some messaging with designer to help figure it out. Just say, "delivery by _______". Fill in the blank and provide tracking number. My last package was usps, the previous one fedex. Just say which service when providing tracking number!

Love my glasses , just took a while to get to me....

Nice glasses but took forever to receive my glasses. Also very difficult to tighten e frame which is a little big

I received my frames before the estimated arrival. The frames are good quality, and i am happy with the lens package i chose.
