No response from customer service on the chat or email 3 days in a row. I don't understand why I have not received my order yet. I also don't understand why there is no response to getting a refund!

AVOID! I placed my order over a month and a half ago and have attempted to contact customer service to inquire but have only had one message returned and they simply indicated "that my order is being processed. " Buy your frames, glasses elsewhere. Anywhere else.

Placed an order over 2 months ago, received earlier this month the wrong glasses which belonged to someone else to add insult to injury it holds personal infromation from the buyer a GDPR wet dream. Dealing with them has been super painful. Don't know where my order is, very little information on how the issue will be resolved and to sum it up, they don't seem to give a s**t Shocking customer service. To add the lack of accountability is a complete joke..... Horrific experience!

FAKE FAKE FAKE DESIGNER FRAMES!!!!!! I have MCM frames that are pretty much done for. I paid about $500 for. I tried to see if I can order them and take it to my eye Doc. When I searched the original design number for these frames on Google. This site popped up. I came to this site to see reviews and they were pretty good. So I ordered them. They are fake the frames are much lighter in weight. The logo is suppose to be on the part the extends to your ear and it’s not. I’m very disappointed b/c it also took a while for me to receive them b/c they sent me an email which stated they had to order it from the manufacturer first then ship it to me. So I waited so nothing b/c they are FAKE MCM… the don’t have a customer service # and the don’t reply to emails. This company should be shut down

The only good thing about my glasses is that I can see. The glasses are certainly NOT original Transitions lenses. I feel like an idiot for listening when I was instructed to put my glasses in the freezer for 20 minutes by Designer Frames Outlet customer service. And, speaking of customer service/support, there is nothing worse than when something goes wrong with an online purchase. This is made worse when there is no customer service or support phone number. There is only email with potential 8 hour turnaround time, or chat with extremely long queue times. I am currently working on my claim through PayPal hoping for help. We shall see. By the way, I live in Massachusetts. No need for freezing glasses in the winter. Outside this morning the temperature was around 26 degrees. Mostly sunny but my glasses remained mostly clear. No Transition. Received glasses on 2/8/2023-Brian Vigneault

Got my prescription glasses, there Blurry!! Can't get hold of customer service The Number on the web:1/877/343/3554 is invalid!! Very disappointed!!

Can’t speak to the frames yet since they haven’t arrived. But I can certainly testify to the annoyance of them sending marketing and sales emails. I wrote back asking to be removed from their mailing list, simply the words “no spam” and that ended up in a multi-email exchange with a customer service agent telling me that I needed to go to click a button or some nonsense like that. All I needed to hear was sorry that won’t happen again. So now instead of buying more frames, that arrogance of foisting spam my way and wasting my time now has me wasting more time leaving reviews for this crap company. Enjoy.

Glasses showed up a month after ordering and they were the wrong glasses, the wrong size, and no UV protection. There is no phone number to call anyone. I want either the correct glasses overnighted to me or a full refund asap as this has been a long process with very little communication from Designer Frames Outlet.
