Order was easy and shipping was fast. However there are pink dots on the top of each lens that I cannot get off and it is very annoying. I assume these should not be viewable as my other glasses do not have them but these are very visible.

I know it takes a while to make glasses but since I paid for expedited shipping it would be great if that meant speeding up the entire process. I still had to wait 2 weeks for my glasses. I got a duplicate pair of glasses to the ones I broke and the ones from designer outlet are superior in lens quality. I was worried the trivex would be thick since I do have a strong prescription but it was thinner than the poly carb I got from the optometrist! 8/10 would buy again.

So happy to find the same pair of glasses that my mom loves for her. She's thrilled. I thought that they might have arrived earlier than what they did though. Glad that we paid for express shipping.

Glasses are fine, lenses are not as clear as another discount place (same exact glasses and lenses) but are very functional and ultimately work fine. "Maintenance/Cleaning kit" is a bit misleading. it is a small bottle of spray cleaner and a very small cleaning cloth. I was tricked by the title into thinking it may be items for actual "maintenance" (hinge screws, screw driver). For $10 that is a rip-off and had it been properly represented I would not have purchased. Felt like a bait and switch at checkout to add this kit.
