I still haven't received my order.😔

Very DECEPTIVE advertising and not transparent! Do not do business with them! I ordered a pair of frames only (no lenses). The pair that I chose had the following statement, in fine print, on the products' page: "Available *This item may have an extended processing time" I ordered them thinking that it may just take a few more days to receive them than normal. After 10 days of not receiving an email confirmation or receipt for payment OR receiving the frames in the mail... I emailed customer service. I dealt with a guy named Taylor. He told me that the frames I ordered were "Backordered"! They were NOT forthcoming with this information. He said that the statement on the product page ..."extended processing time" was the same as saying it's "backordered". Which of course it's not. Then he said my order would ship by 4/18/23. On 4/20/23 no shipping notice, nothing. I contacted him again and now he said the frames would not ship until JUNE! Forget it, cancelled my order and demanded a refund. Within a couple of hrs. he emailed me that he cancelled it and processed a refund but again... NO confirmation receipt or apology. Buyer beware, this company does not seem legit.

The prescription was not filled correctly. DFO made a mistake when it made the lenses.

Eye glass frames broke within month of receiving. Unable to return and receive new frame due to this being only set of glasses and had to wear till new frame received.Had to super glue together. Customer Service doesn't give out phone number for contact stating they are short staffed. Photos sent 3 times showing damage. They wanted me to send them an additional $75 for deposit to send me replacement frame and send back broken frame. They stated the would decide if frames were defective or not. If they decided not defective, they keep my money and I have no frame. Thus I'd be out original cost of frames and $75 "deposit"

I ordered the frame that they claimed it's out of stock. I waited for couple months. However they won't honor the price with the same frame in different color that's available. I compromise to accept whatever color they have as I have waited way too long. This store is a scam!

I can’t see with the new glasses. I took them to my doctor office and they aren’t made correctly to the prescription they are supposed to be. I waited so long for them and it’s so disappointing to finally get them and they aren’t right. I also ordered a designer frame but got a generic case with them.

Ton of fake reviews out there. Absolutely terrible experience, still haven’t received item and not anticipating that I will. Zero response from company asked from a canned response and phone number is disconnected. You get what you pay for and would definitely look elsewhere.

I can only see far but not be able to read near. Basically, it is not bifocal as ordered. I can get this type of len from anyone online for less than $10. Totally disappointed
