Designer FramesReviews of designerframesoutlet.com

I was super worried from the negative reviews about people not getting their order. Mine showed up a little later then expected but it came in about 4 weeks, AND the sunglasses look great. Phew!

Found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price!

I’m thinking about getting a different pair of glasses because they are hurting my head on top of my ears but I’m waiting to see if they get better.

The cost was CONSIDERABLY less than my eye doctor, so I really love that! It's a little difficult not being able to speak with someone and just hoping that everything will arrive in good condition, but there is a chat option. I put in my progressive prescription but think I received bifocals. I believe they are going to work out fine though!

Customer service team is very responsive and takes good care of customers. My only frustration is how long it takes to make and ship the glasses. It would have taken over three weeks from when I ordered the glasses to when I would have received them.

Order was a bit late than expected but overall good experience

Great price, great choices! I like my glasses but the lenses are oddly dark tinted.. Kind of looks like I have dark makeup around my eyes... I really hope that it is only this pair. If the next pair I order is like this I will not be coming back for more glasses. Really hoping that is not the case!

Ordering online was simple and efficient. Received the product in a good amount of time
