This company is a scam ! There is no customer service ! Never delivered

Ordered two pair. I'm a returning customer. Both pairs completely wrong. They refuse to contact me after leaving several messages. Never answer phone. Says they will return full refund but not after you buy. Not honest with the customer. I'm out $400. Go to someome professional. Please contact me so we can fix this and I will remove my review. Thanks.

I made a purchase from designer frames outlet on for two pairs of sunglasses. The website states that delivery will be made in 5-7 days. After three weeks with no update from the company, I emailed the company and was advised that one of the pairs were not in stock and I advised them to cancel that pair and send the pair that was in stock. I received the remaining glasses on 7/24/23. According to the website, I have 30 days to make a return. I reached out several times via 1800 number (no one answers), the website chat function and requested an agent contact me, and several times via email regarding the delivery issue. Without the item showing as delivered, I was unable to generate a return label. I reached out and asked customer service to fix this issue several times within the 30 day period and I was advised it was fixed so that I could generate a return label; however, it was still not fixed and still showing as undelivered. I kept reaching out to customer service and no one responded to me until I was out of my 30 days, then conveniently someone answers and says that I cannot make the return because I am out of the window despite the reason I could not generate a label was due to THEIR error, which I believe was done on purpose so that I could not make the return. This company is unprofessional and does not respond to emails even from the beginning when it took over 3 weeks to ship my item with no communication or updates as where my item was. This is bad business to punish the customer for their error.

I bought glasses totalling $460 I was charged $660 I tried to cancel but received no response. You cannot get through to any sort of customer service and they do not respond to any of my emails or chats. I disputed the charges with my bank and was refunded $600. It was only 13hours after I ordered that I attempted to cancel several times. I am out $30 which thankfully wasn’t more, but to have a 24hour cancellation policy and not get back to customers is very unacceptable and to have to go through the bank is ridiculous

this is a fraudulent co. stay away!!!. they charged MY card immediately and its been over a month and I have not received my order. The telephone number is useless, you get a pre recorded voice message and you’re not able to leave any voice messages. They only communicate through emails and they kept putting me off with excuses after excuses- we are waiting for manufacture to ship, been a delay, items lost etc without providing me with any shipping or any tracking information. Asked for refund and did not get email response. RUN AWAY AND DONT GET SCAM!

order glasses on 6/22 received an email confirmation saying ship date arrival date was TBD. Called over and over,no one answers the phone. Emailed them 3 times before getting a response. Only to find out the frames I ordered are on back order and they have bo idea how long it could take.Asked if I wanted different frames. So I send them the new ones that say they are in stock. They confirm these would be available. Then I hear nothing for 3 days. Emailed again and zero response. It's now July 3rd. Kinda need glasses and can't keep waiting on these people to find out when I might get them. Sent another email to cancel order and refund. Hopefully they can get that right.

I ordered a pair of glasses from this website and provided my address at checkout. Then I paid with PayPal. The company ignored the address I provided and sent the glasses to the wrong address provided by PayPal. When I clicked submit on the order, my correct address was in the form fields. I did not notice that the invoice emailed to me had a wrong address until it was too late. The company refuses to send my order to the address I gave them, or refund my money. It took Designer Frames Outlet a long while to have my son's prescription eye glasses delivered (almost a month after order was placed). Then, after comments from my son experiencing a headache from eyeglass wear, his wellness exam with the pediatrician, and a follow-up appt with the optometrist, it was discovered that Designer Frames Outlet did not get the prescription right. I have been trying to get in contact with Designer Frames Outlet via email, phone, and FB messaging for the last couple weeks with zero response.
