I made my order on December 5th and received a confirmation immediately. After the advertised time-line that I should've received my order I emailed their customer support for an update. The only reply to my communication was a cancelation notice received today. This unprofessional company also blamed me for canceling my only Christmas gift for wife. You will be wasting your money and time if you choose this unreputable company.

The product is fantastic! I am very pleased with what they did from the photo I gave them. They put together a preview of what I would be getting for my approval and it was right on with what I received. The reason I didn’t give them a 5 was that the whole process took longer than what they advertised. I will be going back to them again!

Stephanie Alexander is probably the rudest customer rep for this company I have ever dealt with. I have ordered 5 times and there was a slight mix up. She never gets back to you then called me insane. WTH kind of customer service is that? That’s the face of your company?? The art is spectacular the customer service from this individual is abhorrent! I will never order from here again, tho this was my 5th time and I sent two others here. I cannot find a phone number to call to complain it’s all email. And in this day and age for someone from a company asking if I’M INSANE??? I can’t even process that.
