I am shocked that there are so many reviews experiencing the same rudeness. I've had the same horrible, rude, unprofessional customer service from this company as the others who have submitted reviews. Jessica Miller responded with the same threat of her "legal team" because I asked for a response instead of being ignored. I mentioned to her that I would put a "stop payment" and Jessica Miller was completely unprofessional. They promise a certain time for delivery but respond with rudeness when asked for an update. I couldn't be more saddened that this gift was a birthday gift and I still have not received it. I had ordered it with plenty of time for them to get it to me. I've ordered from "Designed by Memories" before and the product was amazing. I did have the same issue with the delivery time but ordered again because the product looked amazing. When I asked about the delivery time on my first order. The response was very professional. It's my opinion that they need to get rid of JESSICA.

I've never dealt with more rude, incompetent and uncaring business people. It took over a month to get a preview and when it wasn't right, it took another 3 weeks after 2 emails to get another proof. The last proof, Christmas week, was terrible and I ended up canceling. A second picture I ordered shortly after the first did arrive the day after Christmas. It was just ok. I didn't dare ask for any changes with what happened with the first one. Then I get a rude "don't waste our time ever again" email when I canceled the Nov 7th order. These people are not professional, not quick to respond and not competent artists. Don't count on a gift to arrive before you need it.

I am still waiting on my picture! I ordered it and heard nothing. I contacted them via email since they do not have a phone number to contact them. I received an email the next day saying they had sent the proof six days prior and I had not approved it. So I went through my everything in my email, it wasn’t there. I wonder why someone wouldn’t have contacted me since I had already paid $139.00 for the picture! So it took an act of congress to get the customer service rep to send the proof. She said if I didn’t get it the first time they couldn’t ensure I would receive the second time. This was around three days because they will only answer one email a day! So I sent an email back and said hmmm how do you think I’m going to approve the picture if you don’t email it! That was in September 20th. So I looked yesterday and it still says it’s unfulfilled, so no progress. I sent an email and ask for an update. The customer service rep responded that it would take a little while since I just approved the proof on the 20th. She didn’t give me any idea how long or when I might expect the picture. I can’t imagine a company that had no customer service you can contact by phone! I have had the worst response from their customer service. Having been in customer service I’m very disappointed in their response time and the content of their emails! This was suppose to be a gift, however I’m not expecting it in time.
