FRAUDSTERS dont trust them

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They stole my money and then when you call, they drop your calls, they don't return messages and you'll never get the work completed. These positive reviews are fake.

i was hoping i would not have to assume the worse about this company and the terrible situation iam currenyly in with them at the moment im offended and feel as though ive been ripped off ive payed this d*mncompany over $2k to build me a personal website that was suppose to be launched working and published to go live over google platform for sells and retails lastyear of 2020 here it is now 2020 and still nothing and the customerservice department seems to be fake because i was only able to get incontact with these shadey people like a week or two ago and now im unable to get incontact with anyone from the company about my yerrbile problem im facing with already having to havr paod them over $2k only to be left with nothing in return i called the company again yesterday and keep getting my calls dropped what is really going on here scam company and to all the people here expressing that they have what DesignDok promised them must have paid for every single thing that this company asked them or persuaded them to pay them for they dont give you what you ask for it seems unless you just keep shelling out your money to them i will be looking to sue these sorry uprofessional people sometime in the near future very upset and offended by this awful expereince im having with these people they half do sh*tand then expect you to continue to give them your money for ammature work and detail give me my money back so i can go on with my life

Big NO-NO!. I was way overcharged for a simple website. I found a different website that charged me a fraction of what they charge with a bunch of more features. They figure out ways to make money off of you, so don't think your expenses stop when you first sign up. They will call you and tell you that it will cost x amount for an add-on and tell you that it's necessary for your website. You will talk to several different people. They will charge you to add a free feature. If it doesn't get sketchier than that..they will quote you a price then discount it soon after, especially if you don't want the add-on. I currently don't have a website because on my last call they told me I had to pay them $2k to update a legal setting. After I said no multiple times, they magically went down on the price to $500 because I am a "loyal customer." Where have I heard that before? It's not worth your money and time. Trust me.

This is the worst company. I've been dealing with them since March 2020. I still don't have a working website and unfortunately, I've given them over $2k. I would not recommend them for anything. They use alias names, pass the problem on to other people, never come through on their stated time of 24-48 hours. I would have been better off using GoDaddy.com or any other american web page designer.

Worst Experience – Stay Away From This Company: My dealings with Design Dok was unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had and especially working with Rodney. Design Dok is great at taking your money but their attitude and work goes down after that. Extremely poor customer service, never completed the work on the time line agreed, had to follow-up DAILY and ASK-PLEAD with them to do the work they promised, always unexpected and continuous problems, every problem required big dollar resolutions, worked with Rodney and felt he was never being truly honest and was giving me the run around, they continually try to upsell you but they are slow or didn’t do the work or fix the problems you paid them to handle, rarely returned calls as promised, and often didn’t do the work correctly and/or only did some parts in which I had to follow-up multiple times to get the other requested work completed. I don’t want to write these types of reviews but my experiences warrant it. It was such a burdensome, frustrating, and extremely unpleasant experience with Design Dok & dealing with Rodney, that my experience was very disappointing and upsetting.
