Love my big pot. It was just what I wanted and it arrived at the time I was told that it was going to be delivered. Am so satisfied with being a customer of this company and for those looking at buying big pots to cook for very big gatherings, I highly recommend that you buy from them. Thanks so much for your customer service as well.

I am so happy with the service I recieved. The products arrived in time and the customer service is outstanding. I would use them in the future and would recommend this company to others. I was in a bind and needed 1100 containers asap and could only find it through this company. They delivered on time as promised and were curtious and professional. Excellent customer service.

The delivery service was very good and received my items in a timely manner. The Dabra Vati's were very nice and enjoyed using them. I recommend Indian Root and no problems with the product.

Biggest mistake to order from a company not stay behind their products, I ordered a gas tandoor for over $2000 in feb of 2022 to be delivered in may 2022, when tandoor arrived no owner manual how to maintain and operate contacted the seller they transferred me to a third party in Pennsylvania, it was nightmare to get a hold of that person, After using the tandoor for few months start getting cracks inside tandoor contacted the seller they never helped me with the repair the just sent me an email you purchased it a year ago, I was not asking them to give me another tandoor which was under warranty for a year as of may 2022, I had to another company which they carry tandoor to get help for fixing the crack and maintenance.

We are sorry to read this review. Just fyi - your tandoor was shipped on March 7th 2022 as u requested and the warranty expired on march 7th 2023. Even though the warranty expired, We have already shipped clay masala last week to repair the tandoor which u should have received by now.

A wonderfully mundane experience - I got the product I ordered quickly and exactly as described.
