Do not buy from them
Just like other’s mentioned, they are taking forever for the order to be delivered. Its been 24 days since I ordered the medicines and which has not been delivered yet even after taking 29$ aud for delivery. I usually order from distacart who are much faster and reliable than these fraudsters. My medicines were not available on distacart and so had to order from desipicks.

What is your order number? Did you reach out to customer service? We only ship within USA and do not accept AUD or ship to Australia.

No delivery of order
No delivery of order. No response to chat. No response to email. Phone number doesn't work. No communication. Taken the money - and it appears they have run.

What is your order number? Did you reach out to customer service to have your issue resolved? We see that this review is from Australia where we do not even do any business or ship to. Why would you write a review about desiclik.com from who you have never ordered?

The store offer online Girnar spicy masala chai & I order that but I got sweetend mean milk powder product ,, I send picture and asking pay me return shiping ,,, but I argument after they send me shiping label ,,,, Not trust worthy store more ,,,

Not trust worthy Billed for ordered item and delivered different item.i ordered haldiram sweets for my grandsons for diwali. Delivered 10days after diwali. The packet contained Bhikaji sweets instead of Halidiram.my grandsons don't like so has to be discarded.i complained. They refunded 10usd out of 54usd.

We are sorry about the issue. We checked your order and the delay was caused by USPS. We would have gladly refunded if you had received bad sweets and reached out to us with the issue. The listing of the item you ordered does mention that the sweets will either be haldiram or bikaji.

Sweets for a Party
I had placed a large oder of sweets for a large dinner party using DesiClik, ordering from the Bengali Sweet House (Jain Foods), and they arrived in a timely manner. Everything tasted so wonderful and reminded me of my childhood! I was so grateful to share them with my American friends, who delighted in them! They were so generous when I reached out to them. Their customer service was excellent and kind. Thank you so very much, Jain Foods and DesiClik , for making this such a wonderful experience! Definitely 5 stars, and I will be ordering much more from them in the future! I totally recommend them to everyone I meet! Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!
DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! I purchases PUMA 22 FH Cricket Shoes, I received the item 4 days after the expected delivery date and finally when it arrived it was a complete different design. I tried to contact this seller, but no reply from them. Will "NEVER" do business with this seller again.

We are sorry about your experience. You placed the order on 4th and the item was delivered on 11th July which was before the promised delivery date. Please check the product listing page for estimated delivery date which mentions 2 to 3 days to ship and around 5 days to deliver once shipped. You can also track the order to see that the item was shipped on the next day after you placed your order. In case you had an issue with your order, please follow instructions in the order email to reach out to customer service .
