I recently ordered a few outfits from DesiClik for a family event, and I am beyond impressed. Finding high-quality Indian clothing online that actually looks like the pictures can be a hit-or-miss experience, but DesiClik really delivered. The material felt premium and the embroidery was much more detailed than I expected for the price. Packaging was great too. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 is that the sizing can be a little tricky. I had to spend some extra time measuring to make sure the fit was right. A sizing tool would have been great as US sizes are different than Indian. While the website interface feels a bit "old-school" compared to modern minimalist giants, it makes up for good stuff they sell. Overall, if you’re looking for authentic Desi clothes without the hassle of international shipping or the uncertainty of unknown sellers, this is the place.

Great customer experience. I placed an order for an item and later I realized that I forgot to apply a coupon which gives me a discount. When I posted a query on the same I got a quick response and the discount was applied immediately. The item was also shipped well without any issues. I am happy with my purchase.

I needed answers on clothing, I was interested in and there were many ways to get help. I received answers right away. I am happy with the clothing that I purchased except, for one dress set. It was too small and I checked the measurements and they were wrong. I received a subpar top as a replacement which doesn't match. The outfit is unique and I have no other recourse. I don't think I'll purchase again.

Update 8/3 - Updating the rating as the the Vendor took appropriate steps to correct the item as well as refund part of the order in a reasonable manner. Regards, AMS Purchased items from their website that showed a clear picture of Rakhi and added extra items for the options Sweets. (24979) Item clearly showed a 1KG (500gx2) sweet in the picture but only delivered with 1/4 that size (250grams). As this is a gift its embarrassing and we'll have to send another replacement for all orders. Called Customer Service and the representative tells me that I should know better based on the price???? WTH, how would I know if something is on sale or not? Offered 10% which is a joke sorry!!!! This is Bait and Switch and False Advertising; especially since you now have updated the description but the picture still remains. AMS

Good in taste (ordered Motichoor ladoo) and were boxed fresh. Received my order in 3 business days. Also the customer support is very satisfying. Happy to place order again.

Excellent service

Found jashan catering through desiclik website. Easy ordering but full details of order were not available. I ordered a non veg box without knowing what will show up at my door. Glad I gave it a try though as the food was delicious & the order was delivered within 3-4 days!!

I have purchased 2 kurtis from 2 different manufacturers. The prices were both under $30. The first one was all cotton, a little thin but okay for casual wear. The 2nd one was better fabric but was obviously a second. There were some mis-stitched embroidery places and unevenly cut seams. I also purchased 2 leggings from the same company and received (1) XL adult size and (1) XL child size!! **BUYER BEWARE** The manufacturers that sell on this site don't seem to care what they send you.
