I am glad I purchased and have a subscription. They have excellent customer service. I needed help with my order and they were great. First, the product came beautifully packaged with the device, power cord, the hyaluronic acid gel and instructions as well as a satin bag for storage. The packaging is discreet. I have noticed a change in my muscle tone, it is stronger. For me I can say that it has helped my sex life, a very noticeable change without going into great detail. I am 61, a nurse and healthy but obviously post menopausal. Being committed to using it is also making it easier to practice my own kegel exercises (simple, laying down for 10 minutes? No brainer) I am practicing what I preach to my patients. The product stays charged for 3 uses at 10 minutes. It’s very simple to use. You have to build up your use time as you feel you can handle it. Easy to clean since the wand part that is inserted is smooth and has no parts that germs can grow. The products they send me are amazing! In fact I will continue to purchase them after my subscription is done. I cannot begin to describe the quality of the device and the products. They are excellent. If you are wondering, should I spend the money on this? I wondered that as well. I am glad I did. The whole point is that I believe it is helping my muscle tone and possibly blood flow and lubrication. I hope this review helps.
