Customer Service Issues
Service was non-existent when my order was held up at their local post office. Use UPS or at least deal with the issue for the customer if your going to use the post office. I ordered product on 11/27 and it’s 12/6 and still don’t have an estimated delivery date. I submitted a case to USPS when I saw it was stuck at the post office for over a week, customer service just told me they were working hard. I’ve ordered a ton online in the past two weeks including items from other lovely skin.com and have been getting shipments within 3-4 days.

We are so very sorry for the delay. In checking your tracking just now it looks like it has started moving. We had an issue with the packages from this particular day being scanned improperly and we're doing our very best to get this issue sorted out for any customers that were affected. We'll give you a call to further discuss and if needed, we will absolutely send you a replacement product. Again, we sincerely apologize for the tracking issues with this.

How can I review something I haven’t received YET! Called twice.. person on the other end seemed nice but like I said no order received yet.

Hi Gail, we're so sorry for the delay. We had an issue with our packages being scanned on the day you placed your order which is why the tracking isn't showing properly. We did send your package out on the day it was delivered and it is on its way to you. We will give you a call to talk about getting you a replacement sent out. Again, I apologize for any delay. We're doing the very best we can to handle this situation with the customers that were affected and we will make sure you get your package.
