I ordered my product over a week ago…
I ordered my product over a week ago and still haven't received it. I am beginning to think I was scammed. It went thru my account

Hi Jody, I'm so sorry that you haven't received your order yet. We have been working around the clock to make sure orders are leaving our warehouse the same day or next day after the order is placed. Unfortunately, all mail carriers right now are under extreme delays due to COVID and understaffing during the holiday rush. We've been in contact with the managers at our local USPS facility and they are running at about 30%. They're going as fast as they can and they assured us that even if the tracking on the packages isn't moving, it's not a cause for concern. The good news is that we're starting to see updates on some of these orders. As I mentioned, things right now are just very backed up, not only with USPS but also with FedEx and UPS. Your order is on its way to you and we are all doing our best to make sure you get this ASAP. Again, I'm extremely sorry for the delay!

We're so sorry for the delay on your order, Yuliya. We did send your order out the day we received it, but USPS is having extreme delays due to covid and the holidays.
