Delayed Christmas order
I ordered an item as a Christmas gift for a family member on Dec. 4, 2020. When it had not arrived after a couple of weeks, I contacted Dermwarehouse via email. Nakita immediately responded with info that the post office in Columbus Ohio was very behind on deliveries and filed a request to locate my order (which tracking showed was still at the post office since Dec. 4!) Three days before Christmas, I emailed Nakita again and she ordered a replacement in case the 1st order was lost. The replacement arrived Dec 24. About a week later, the original also arrived. Rather than return it, I requested to pay for it and keep it. Nakita gave me a 20% discount for my trouble. I highly recommend using Dermwarehouse !!

Hi Lindsay. We're so sorry that you don't have your product still. USPS has been extremely backed up and although we've been working around the clock to get all products out the same day or the next day, the mail has just been extremely slow. It does look like your package is close to you so hopefully it will only be a matter of days. Again, our sincere apologies for the delay.
