We are really sorry about your experience with the product you purchases. This review request is more about the service your received from us than from the product. If you would like to review a product you can do so directly under the product you purchased. In the future we would be happy to point you in the right direction for a product that is more appealing scent wise. We have found that the most effective products usually don't have the most pleasant smell. We appreciate your business and hope to better assist you next time :)

Hi Fernando, we apologize. The product you ordered was discontinued and unfortunately our remaining stock had been damaged. You were issued a full refund earlier this morning and the money should be back into your account within 1 - 2 business days.
