Hello Sandra, Thank you for the feedback. We do offer free shipping for orders $99 or more. Since we discount so high, orders under $100 we often have to charge for shipping for it to make sense for us. I did however refund your shipping charge since you were so close to the threshold of $99. I hope this helps! Thank you so much for your order.
