I found this site relatively easy to use. I could only give it four stars because I got I confused with with your site and PayPal site. Maybe a definitive explanation would be best.

Didn’t let me know the items I ordered were delayed because they weren’t actually in stock. First customer service person hung up on me. Second was honest. Customer service reached out after original review and made the situation right. I truly appreciate this.

I have been ordering from Dermavenue for several years and the ordering is getting better. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there doesn't seem to be an easy explanation on how to use the reward points. I have accumulated many but do not know how to apply them to the total.

Product, promotions, website ordering, and product receipt is all good. My only issue is the ability to only use one code per order. Unable to use x% off promo code plus code to redeem points earned from previous orders.

Easy to order and forthcoming regarding slower delivery.

Loved finding my NeoCutis product at a discount. My only problem was the shipping. The 2nd choice was recommended for purchases over $99, mine was over $300. It said the shipping would be free if purchase was over $100 but I was charged $7.99. Not a huge amount in the big picture. Maybe I did not understand.

I love the product but the shipping was slower than stated.
