It never worked upon arrival even after charging.

I ordered product and on January 8 got an email saying it has shipped. When I check tracking it shows a label was created January 8 but no other updates. I tried emailing twice and got no response. Also tried calling and got a "no one is available" message.

Waste of money and the fact that they don't do refunds means they don't stand behind their product. Buyer beware!

First complaint- impossible to get someone to talk to. I ordered TNS and when i opened it I realized that it wasn't dispensing correctly-one side of the cream wasn't coming out. I heard from another company that they had received a bad batch of TNS . They would not exchange it for me because it was past the 30 day time .period. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

I had been ordering Neocutis from Dermavenue for several years. Recently the day moisturizer has dramatically changed. While it use to be rather thin and easy to apply, it is now thick and stains your clothes. I called the Neocutis company and they do not recognize Dermavenue as a recognized distributor. As their products counterfeit? I don't know but the products have changed.

I recieved my order and a tinted product was sent instead of the non-tinted one I ordered. They are charging me $6.99 for a return fee and $5.99 for a return label fee! I will never shop there again. Try Derm Store instead.

Buyer Beware. Placed my first & LAST order w/ Dermavenue about a month ago, paying add'l for fast shipping. I did Not get my order on a fast track & to date have never received all ordered items. I've called (no one ever answers) & emailed their Customer Support Dept numerous times without a response from anyone. TERRIBLE company.
