The shuttle service on Friday back to the hotel was terrible. One of the drivers ended up taking a different cash job so only one van. The husband had to sit on her lap back to the hotel and if he didn't, they had no way on getting back to the hotel. Plus was already waiting over a half hour for the ride and were all dressed up. They thought the price was outrageous as well for they went 4 miles to the track and it costs $50.00 each way per person. Then having to wait to get back to the hotel. Would not recommend that shuttle service.

Absolutely great experience..

They were very helpful and knowledgeable when speaking with them on the phone. I received my derby tickets when I was told to expect them. I will purchase from them the next time I plan to attend the derby

Tickets arrived promptly and well packaged. However, I spent a lot of time researching the right place for our seats to be and purchased those specific ones for a reason. Upon receiving the tickets there was a note that said that we were upgraded because DerbyBox tries to upgrade whenever possible. Yes, it was one section closer to the finish line, but we were up two boxes higher than I had purchased so our view was quite limited. There is a noticeable difference being in the highest box. I just wish that it was communicated prior to sending these to me so i could decide what would be better.

Well organized except return transport on Derby Day. Found shuttles but all locked up, no driver after 11th race in pouring down rain. Had to grab cab for $40 to get back to hotel.

It took several attempts to reach an agent that would return my call for Derby tickets, however after securing tickets all went smoothly. Can I blame the hooribke weather during the Derby on Derbybox..........lol. Thank you!

They are always very nice and totally honest about everything!

The only thing that would have made it better was an arranged way to get from the hotel to the track! That was a nightmare!!
