The seats were had were not good. We were on the very back row in a box with six young people, who were there to drink and party. We tolerated the situation because, at least we were under cover and not sitting in pouring rain. The worst part of this experience was the transportation. The driver who took us to Churchill Downs did not know where he was supposed to go which caused a long walk to the gate. After the race, we were never able to find a Derby Box van. Ended up walking and standing over two hours in the rain to get a cab. It was a NIGHTMARE! We will never use this service again. The best part was a nice hotel downtown that was convenient to museums and other things we wanted to do.

Miss lead on the seats, could not see any information about the race.

My Brother-in-law and I bought six box tickets and four box tickets respectively in the same section. We both called and asked to be placed next to each other in the boxes and were assured it would be done as long as we referenced each other's orders numbers and names in the comment section of the orders. We both did as instructed but the boxes we were placed in were not next to each other. We both called to see if this could fixed weeks before the derby and were told that because there was a lot of inventory left that it could be fixed. However nothing was ever changed and we were not able to sit next to each other.

Weather was crappy . Not fault of Derby Box. Had asked for double beds for my son and myself at the hotel. Got one large bed. Not best for two guys. Seats were in the same area when I had purchased them by myself in previous trips using on line services. Not the greatest. I am a very upbeat person but did not feel the overall trip was worth almost $5,000
