Derbybox.com was and did in fact mail me my tickets at a timely fashion...a month before the BIG RACE...I shouldnof waiting and looked around could of gotten the same pair of tickets In same Section 225 Row M.seat 1,2 for 800 bucks 400 each instead I paid these RiP OFF Artist at Derbybox.com 1500...so not worth it and if you waited till derby day could.of.got them.at the track for.200 each..will never buy from these internet hustlers again..

Purchased package for the Derby in Jan. Found out in March my husband has throat cancer and chemo and radiation treatments would start late April for 7 consecutive weeks. I contacted Derby Box on March 25th to cancel and they informed me they could only refund 75% because I might be trying to scam them. Totally disgusting. Hoping to celebrate cancer free at the Derby next year but will not be using this company.

Terrible seats for the price.

i called to see if they were flexible at all on price for 8 seats.. whoever answered said i should buy immediately as he was raising prices and hung up.. the next day the price on site was lowered.. i will take my business elsewhere..

My experience with getting tickets from Derby Box was excellent. They did everything they said, tickets arrived on time, and seats were exactly as chosen. However, I would never spend 500$ per seat to sit in a garbage filled area in extremely expensive shoes and clothing. There was NOBODY familiar with the track enough to direct us to our seats. It seemed the people checking wristbands were hired as temporary staff. They were rude and unhelpful, and unfamiliar with the layout of the track. No board, no maps, etc. Very poorly organized and managed. Whoever was in charge should be fired. The place had floating garbage everywhere on Derby Day because of the rain. Of course, they were unprepared. I highly suggest a few trash cans!!! Also, not a feeling of security. Not one officer or security person in the entire bleacher area, neither inside or out. Would never attend again. Watch it in a nice bar with big flat screen tv if you want to enjoy the Derby!!

Bate & Switch! Purchased tickets (6) in section 118 - then I was told that I had only purchased (1) but they could switch me to (6) tickets in section 114. A bate and switch!

Billed part of the order to the wrong credit card. Would not correct the mistake. Rude, hung up on me. Did not get the parking area that I requested. I booked early, did not get the best tickets as I have in the past. Customer service has declined in the past couple years

Horrible experience. Was sold the incorrect tickets after trying to reconfirm that they were correct and was told several times that they were. Called 20 times from the derby for help, never got a response, not even days after. Disgusting how we were treated by this company
