Great tickets and reasonable priced

Very easy to deal with.

Great experience. Easy site to use. Got great ticket in a great location.

DerbyBox provided an exceptional Kentucky Derby experience for me and my friend. The only glitch we encountered was of our own making’ as we got turned around quite a bit while exiting the Kentucky Oaks on Friday and we could not find our shuttle pickup spot. The shuttle driver had only pointed out the house where we were dropped off, not the street name’ or address. Fortunately the shuttle contact number had been provided by DerbyBox and I had it handy and we found our ride. I would encourage DerbyBox to remind attendees in that very comprehensive ticket/welcome pack to remember to ask for the street address and even load it into their cell phones. But I truly have no complaints with the package and had a wonderful time,

We had excellent service and the seats were better than expected at a very fair price

Great service and fast shipping.

Thanks to Kelly and the team at DerbyBox for a stress-free, straight-forward and organized method to purchase tickets to the Derby! Our customers were first-timers and they had a wonderful time! The service we received from DerbyBox was fantastic! Definitely would recommend!
