I believe these clothes come from China so it took a few weeks to arrive in U.S.. Out of 5 tops I am returning one and exchanging another. It is difficult to purchase online without trying items on. The tops are very pretty and Derandy has been very attentive and responsive for my one return and exchange. I think they're attempting to change some poor reviews and that's a good thing! I'd order from them again because of their customer service hence my 5 star.

Soft, warm and comfortable. Fits perfect and washes up very nicely. Color is exactly as described.

I was frustrated with the delivery schedule and thought about cancelling the order several times. However, the Derandy customer service assured me the item was in the process of being delivered and asked me to have patience. So, I had a lot of patience. But it was worth it in the end because the item was delivered, looked exactly as shown when I ordered it and is of good quality.

Product is great, lively colors and true fit. Have long sleeve tops, have now ordered short sleeve. Wash well, easy to care for.

The products are nice, I imagined the material to be more of a jersey or sweater type. Two with the floral print were way off in color, much darker, not in a good way. All in all, prices were high for product. Shipping was reasonable, products came individually packaged, nearly.
