Placed the order on line. Company “changed the status of my order’, did not mail it. Next day they charged my credit card $525.60 for the order they never intended to mail.

Please consider, that Order was canceled the day it was received due to unavailability of the item. The customers are being charged automatically the moment the order is being processed. Customer sees the charge only 24-48 hours after he was charged by our system. Meanwhile we refunded the customer in full. We do not collect payments for items we do not ship and if charged and was not shipped we refund the moment we cancel the order. A listed product for sale ordered and paid for and then two (3) days later told the product "not available" due to manufacturer discontinuing order. Seems any credible organization would be aware of products offered by company like Listerine. Dental Wholesale Direct seems to advertise products to draw in customers to create a classic "bait and switch" operation.

Prices are okay, but search is a pain. Search does not eliminate items that aren't even close to the product you are searching for, so it makes it very hard to order.
