multiple times of frauds!
multiple times of frauds! did not receive full order and lot of backordered items on invoice but they never ship it. They argue and are condescending, need an alert to BBB for their business ideas

no order update
I placed an order on line and it was confirmed and said that I would hear about the shipment when the order was entered. All I have so far is a charge to my credit card!

Poor customer service
I had the wrong clamp sent to me. It was a $9 clamp- which I had organised a courier to send to zambia. Not to rectify it they want me to send the clamp back to them and then they will send the right one. It would cost me $40 at least. The customer service consultant would not budge on just sending the right clamp to the domestic address.

Hi Falen, thank you for your feedback. After some investigation we understand that you were shipped a wrong item. We offered a replacement and a return label. Unfortunately, it seems the wrong goods were not returned (shipped to completely wrong country for some reason). We do not offer free international exchange. (even not to international orders). We are sorry for this inconvenience.
