Order cancelled withou explanation
Well, this email asking for stars came 9/4, shortly after I placed the order. I thought I would wait until I actually received the item before rating. Yesterday 9/8, I got an email saying that the order was cancelled, with no explanation as to why. So, in addition to thinking it cheeky to ask for praise before the job is done, giving a reason for the cancellation would have been good.

Dental Wholesale Direct is a supplier of dental supplies to certified dentists and clinics. Since the system recognized that the shipment address was private property, it cancelled the order. If you are a dentist with a clinic address, we will be glad to deliver the product.
