I placed an order for burs
I placed an order for burs. After a few days I did not get any updates that the orde had shipped and contacted the company. I was told that the order was cancelled because they were not available. In reality they decided to increase the price from 69.95 to 154.95 after I placed my order and cancelled it. These people do not conduct honest business.
Response from Dental Wholesale DirectNov 10, 2025
Dear valued customer, We at Dental Wholesale Direct are working hard to bring our customers the best quality products at the best prices on the market. Our efforts to provide our customers with such products and prices often involve sourcing products overseas, where prices can often vary. As such, we reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to source a product adequately for our customers. This pertains to situations where products cannot be supplied within a reasonable time, or market prices drastically shift. This practice is very common among all businesses. We regret that this situation has caused this level of dissatisfaction and inconvenience, and hope you understand our policies and the circumstances at hand. We hope to still earn your business in the future, should this product, or others, meet your budgetary needs. Kind regards, The Dental Wholesale Direct Team.
