Wanted to re-upholstery 2 chairs, one at a time. Under-chair strap placed in wrong position on the first. Back seat stuffed too full, making unit sound like a giant whoopee cushion. Thought it would wear a little and the sound decrease. It didn't. Ordered several sets of toe covers. All came with snaps in different places, making some fit too tight, some too loose. Second upholstery set to be made identical to the cores that were returned. It wasn't. Again, under-chair strap in wrong place...even though photos were sent showing correct placement. One of the nuts for the back rest was stripped and loose. Toe cover snap placement was asymmetrically placed, causing sides to sag. Back on Dr's stool slid down easily unless locking arm positioned just right. Eventually corrected, but a hassle to get it right.

Dental Planet has been an awesome vendor for my brand new practice! They have delivered all equipment on time, in good condition, and been so helpful along the way. The technicians that came to install everything worked so hard to get us set up and ready to go for our first patients. product is great. My only gripe was phone contact was somewhat vacuous...they didn't remember who I was or where my chair was for a while. I think 2.5 months to fill order, but when it came it was a nice.

received in timely manner as ordered. good price.

Got just what I wanted and will continue to shop there when I need something and it is inexpensive or reasonable.
