Devin was very helpful and courteous
Devin was very helpful and courteous. He got right back to me whenever I emailed or called him. A good guy. Maria was also helpful in getting me a replacement piece. Both were very helpful

I would use them again, but...
I would use them again. The problems I had were with software use and installation of the equipment. I felt like I was an afterthought because I was very understanding through all of the COVID interruptions and didn't complain, but because of my patience, I felt taken advantage of in respects of getting the attention I needed. I wasn't being the squeaky wheel, so I was not a priority...

Product didn't have accurate…
Product didn't have accurate description and poor return policy. Was contacted by company after poor review, and given full refund

A cook's dream kitchen appliance ... have always wanted one of these in my kitchen after seeing them in countless OR scenes during TV shows and movies as the surgeons prep for their mission ... so convenient and no more chicken juice on my faucet!!!! Installed myself --- easy, peasy ...
