I spoke to Manny Centeno in regards to switching my current insurance provider because I was not happy. After speaking ti him he was able to assist me in finding much better plans for me. I am very happy to say that I am very satisfied with his help. I ended up enrolling in both vision and dental plans thru him. I am actually saving money with the plans he offered me. Well, I got a call back from DentalPlans. The best they can do for me is refunding 2018 because the coverage hasn’t started yet. ——— Evidently, TrustPilot removed my rating of DentalPlans on July 24, 2017 (below). I am terribly displeased because I joined DentalPlans in 2016, asked them for reimbursement & withdrawal from the plan in 2017, rated it badly, and have not received a reimbursement of the premium for 2017 and have now been charged again for 2018! I waited on hold for 30 minutes then, when asked, gave a call-back number because their customer service people were busy. I'm still waiting ... an hour and a half later! Debbie I. Published Monday, July 24, 2017 Review removed Got no benefit from plan My dentist and oral surgeon were not on the right list for me to make any claims. So, having signed up for DentalPlans.com was a total waste of time and money.
