Dentalinsurance.com offers a variety of plans and competitive prices. The website was easy to use, although I had trouble signing up online. When I called, a representative provided good service and completed the application process for me over the phone. We haven't used dental services yet, but the sign-up process was pretty easy.

Because of a glitch, the dentalinsurance.com computer system was unable to process my application. I called the toll-free number which was answered by Ruben in less than one minute. Ruben was aware of the problem and proceeded to process my information. He was polite and courteous while he made sure that everything went through properly. I was immediately sent an email confirming the order. Ruben made the best of what could have been a bad situation.
