I could not understand customer support asked for an English speaking person and was on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up. The agent who did not speak good English could not provide me with his insurance license number to verify I was not being scammed.

The agent knew her products well and was able to find a plan that worked for me, for what I needed very quickly, and I was able to get coverage in a timely manner

Filters make it very easy to find the right plan and once you do, it's very easy to see all details and apply/enroll directly from there without having to go to the carrier's page.
