Reuben, the customer service individual could have not been more helpful (very knowledgeable) and was very pleasant to do business with. If the other employees are as competent and helpful as Reuben then, yes, I would recommend this company to anyone!

Emailed original request on 11-14-2018-I received email from Delta indicating that my original email was received and was sent to be processed. It was apparently not followed up on until today after I called.
