Spoke to a gentleman today. After searching my insurance name, Delta Dental, dental insurance.com came up instead. I asked the man on the line about my plan, how I could print out a new insurance card etc. Instead of staying on the line or taking the time to redirect me to the appropriate number he said "I don't know contact Delta Dental?". Before I could mention my search led me to the site, he hung up. I called back and he *continued to hang up on me*. By continued I mean he did this five times in a row. Would not even take my call, just decided he would hang up and not hear a word I had to say. I'm not sure how this man is but NO ONE should have him employed. Period. There are much more adept, courteous individuals without jobs that can appropriately handle business and inquiries that may not be intended for a brokerage and, like myself, were misdirected by a search. Not sure if it was this "Ruben or Manuel" that people are commenting about, but I have a feeling Dentalinsurance.com is either paying for reviews or asking friends and family to review them. The man I dealt with was passive aggressive and extremely rude.

Rude over the phone and hangs up on you without answering questions.
