I bought insurance starting 1.1.2021 and elected to pay the full year. The amount was deducted from my account on Dec. 3rd 2020. This is a bit ridiculous or shall I say greedy. This was the last time I will pay you yearly.

The gentleman I spoke with was very informative and I enjoyed my conversation with him. He was thorough in explaining coverage and I am happy to have enrolled. The one drawback is that I do not want to create an on-line account. I don’t want the digital footprint and believe that no company should use a social security number as identification. A copy of your policy should be mailed to you immediately after signing up for coverage.
