I was confused when the confirmation for my vision insurance came under the "dental insurance" heading.

I was so pleased when I spoke to my representative and she explained EVERYTHING and explained it until I understood clearly and had no questions. She was wonderful and had the patience of Job. I’m in healthcare and have been for over 45 years. I can tell you anything and explain it to you so that you can understand a medical procedure. Dental insurance is a field I have NO clue about. My representative was so gracious and patient. I’m sure she had more knowledge than I would ever have and I felt so comfortable after speaking with her and selecting my coverage. When you feel comfortable enough with someone to learn something you knew nothing about, it was worth my representative making sure I understood EXACTLY what I wanted, my different choices, and my premium amount. She was the one person I trusted enough to ask questions of. She was wonderful! I appreciate her so much! My representative was Carla. I appreciate her and her knowledge. She had other clients to speak with the day I called, but she made me feel like I was the only person she had to speak to that day. That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE in the highest degree!

She took extra time to research details and explained all possible scenarios about the plan that we chose for me. I have never had an insurance rep this methodical and caring.
