I bought the PPO policy and was told that my Root Canal would be covered after the waiting period. I got the procedure done and was told it was all approved. Then 8 months later my dentist sends me a bill stating that Delta Dental would not cover anything at all. So I paid all the premiums for 2 years and got nothing covered. This now tye 2nd time they have not paid my dentist bills. The first time was for my dental cleaning and they refused to pay for that also which cost me $250 out of pocket and now I have to pay another $1000 for the root canal that was supposedly covered. STAY AWAY from this Fraud company as I am looking for a new company that keeps its word.
