Excellent customer service! It's rare these days to receive true high quality customer service, but thats exactly what I experienced with dentalinsurance.com! The agent I spoke with was not only incredibly knowledgable but made it fun to find the right plan for my needs. I got off the phone feeling like I bought a really great plan and was still smiling from the conversation I had with the agent. I highly recommend their service!

It was an easy process and the people I spoke to were very friendly

It was really simple but the customer service was straight to the point. She explained the different plans. What help me was I did research first on different dental plans so I know the price range. I wanted a plan first I didn't want to be calling around looking for a dentist who takes my plan. So I went for the PPO plan so I can stay with the dentist I have been going too. Then I looked at the prices So that is what help me understand.Over all price per month is cheaper than paying out your pocket which I have in the past.
